The land based sector offers a wide range of career opportunities; from more traditionally known farming roles and industries connected to the land and environment including food production, horticulture, forestry, conservation and equine, to some perhaps more surprising opportunities, all requiring diverse and cutting-edge skills. Many roles within the land based sector combine science, engineering and technology with an understanding of how the natural world works. Careers can also include working with animals, nature conservation and caring for our land and environment - all roles highly valuable and relevant within today's climate.
There will be the opportunity to meet our teachers from across our varied departments - ask them questions about their course, entry requirements and details on how to apply. You can find out what careers our alumni go on to pursue, to invigorate your chosen pathway.
We will be running guided tours of the campus and facilities including our halls of residence, our on-site accommodation for live-on students.
Join us from 09.00 - 12.00 on Saturday 11th January
