We are looking for:
2 x weekend staff - Permanent
Knitwear specialists since 1989, we are constantly looking for new ways to make our customers feel great and to drive the business forward, so, our ideal candidate is going to be someone that really wants to make a difference.
Fielding around 100 calls per day you would also manage sales transactions. Whilst mos communication is by telephone the successful candidates will also respond to around 15 emails per day, five live chats and communicate internally with the Return, Accounts, Dispatch and IT departments.
Day to Day
You will be required to respond to incoming customer telephone calls and to establish the customers requirements.
Answering general enquires
React to order problems and complaints
Cleanse customer records
You must be highly competent at making customers feel at ease
Good knowledge of working with computers, word, excel and outlook packages
Able to negotiate with customers and internal colleagues to resolve problems
Able to thinks quickly and clearly, referencing catalogues and other dispatch information
Able to balance time between call taking and other duties such that everything gets done.
