Vineyard Trainee Manager

Laverstoke Park is a rapidly expanding and diversified group of organic/biodynamic food and drink businesses, ranging across dairy, meat and alcohol, based in North Hampshire. We specialise in producing high quality produce and our products are sold nationally in premier food halls, multiples and prestigious restaurants.

This important position is available for a hands-on “Vineyard Trainee Manager”.

We have 22 acres of biodynamic vines including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier Sparkling wine. The position will be responsible for looking after, maintaining and expanding vineyard whilst completing research with our laboratory team. Our laboratory is the only licensed soil food web laboratory in Europe. Our wine making consultant is Tony Jordan, who until recently headed up Moet Hennessy’s Australian operation.

This is a very hands on position requires a person passionate about vines with a viticulture qualifications. The successful candidate will have access to certain consultants.
