Woodland Well Being and Mindfulness is a wonderful way to reconnect with nature and reap the rewards of improved heath and well being.
Spend the day in a stunning ancient woodland setting reconnecting with nature. We will use a range of inspiring and simple mindfulness techniques, enriching nature based activities and meditation throughout the day.
This course will cover a range of introductory mindfulness activities to support well being and health.
Many of these techniques can be use in any natural setting or even indoors to continue the benefits you experience on the day into you everyday lives.
We will facilitate the day through mediation, art and good company to ensure your experience is rewarding and fulfilling
