The Award in Leadership and Management is ideal for project managers, department heads and other practicing middle managers

Develop your skills and experience, improve your performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities. 

The Award combines distance and class room based learning. You will attend 3 one day sessions over 3 weeks at Plumpton Campus.

The course explores core competencies of a middle/senior management position and you will study developing critical thinking, coupled with leading innovation and change. You will be able to critically assess own beliefs, attitudes and value systems and the validity of managements theories in relation of these. You will understand the need for innovation solutions to improve organisational performance and be able to lead and manager change which an organisation.

You will complete 2 x 2500 word assignments with a final submissions deadline of 28/05/2019

Entry Requirements:

You are required to be in a middle management position or due to move in to a middle/senior management position with a good level of written and spoken English.
