Online Course Gateway Qualification in Land based Studies

Register interest

We have seen a huge increase in gardening without the use of artificial chemicals over the past decade – due in part to the awareness of the effect on the environment, the safety in the garden for all its inhabitants, combined with the appetite to produce food free from chemicals.

This course combines the old and the new – modern garden practices with organic, sustainable principles.

This preparatory course has been developed by our RHS course delivery team to provide an introductory to the rigor of RHS qualifications in this six-week programme. The curriculum is formed on the principles of organic practices in the garden.

This course will provide you with a good introduction into the principles & practices of organic gardening with an emphasis on further professional development to what will be the new RHS Practical and Theory qualifications, released in September.

This course is suitable for non-professional and professional gardeners.
