Our modern purpose-built conference centre has spacious well-lit rooms with all the facilities you need to ensure a successful meeting or event. With a devoted events team based in the building, they will be on-hand to make sure everything runs smoothly.

All our rooms are well-equipped with a projector and AV equipment, whiteboards, Wi-Fi and an IT team on-hand should you need them. All rooms are fully-accessible and there is disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Every room has a dedicated refreshment area with fresh coffee, a selection of teas and iced water. We have got excellent catering facilities and an appetising menu using produce from our own estate. Please view our menu.

With extensive free parking, the conference centre is just 25 minutes from Brighton and an hour from London by train. Subject to availability, the whole conference centre is available for hire.


This is a large bright and airy conference room with floor-to-ceiling windows providing fantastic views of the South Downs. With excellent AV equipment, this room has the flexibility to cater for a wide range of meetings, training sessions and presentations.
