K) The Wine Trade in Britain

This exciting new course gathers together some of the key modules from the Foundation Degree in Wine Business and offers them in an intensive package delivered from mid-September through to February, providing an in-depth overview of the wine trade in Britain. It would be particularly suitable for those who have already gained a business qualification or who have gained a good background in wine business by studying this topic in another country.

Subjects covered include: Wines and Spirits of the world, the Wine Trade and Marketing. Students are also required to complete an investigative project.

Students may progress from this course to complete the full Foundation Degree in Wine Business.
