New for 2008, we have developed a range of two-year, part-time courses called Foundation Diplomas.
These courses are available in Field Biology, Equine Sports Coaching, Garden Design, Horticulture and Wine Production and run in parallel with their associated Foundation Degree courses. They are the same level as the Foundation Degrees and are the equivalent of half of a Foundation Degree (120 credits).
Foundation Diplomas are University of Brighton awards. They offer the opportunity for students to study high-level vocational courses which provide the essential skills and knowledge needed for employment in those industries. While most of our Foundation Degrees can be studied part-time, the prospect of four years of study can be daunting to many, not to mention the financial difficulties. The new Foundation Diplomas provide a realistic alternative.
The fees are £1,560 per year and applications should be made direct to Plumpton College. Please use the standard application form.
